At Carelink, we work as a team that includes not only the staff, but a wider network of professionals. By working with us, you’ll have a chance to interact with a range of people including social workers, nurses , doctors and college tutors.
A safe place to work
We have clear policies and procedures because we believe these help to promote a safe working environment. This is combined with hands on, practical training for all our staff.
Put your skills into practice
You’ll already have learned a lot about Health and Social Care during your BTEC/Diploma. Through your experience with us, you’ll have a chance to put your skills into practice, and see how we help get outcomes for our service users. This will be really valuable when it comes to applying for jobs after you qualify.
