About us
Carelink Homecare Services Ltd was founded in 1988 to provide services in some parts of Anglesey and Conwy, working with both the private sector and local authorities. We have over 270 supported individuals over the three counties ranging from 1 hour domestic per week to 24 hours, 7 days a week. We do not provide services through persons other than employees of the agency.
We aim to provide a high quality service to people living with Dementia, older people and the physically disabled from the age of 18 upwards in their own home respecting their independence, privacy and dignity so that they enjoy the best quality of life at home. The agency operates 365 days a year 24 hours a day. We employ over 140 trained home carers.
To ensure the health and care of our supported individual is in the very best hands, a great deal of trouble is taken choosing reliable, caring staff. We check the qualifications of all our carers rigorously and all references are thoroughly taken up to ensure our supported individuals have piece of mind.
It is Carelink’s aim to deliver the most effective care possible to the supported individual and family’s benefit, without encouraging over dependence, to people who would ordinarily have no option but to consider residential or nursing care.
The provision of this service is to be carried out with minimum disruption to the supported individual’s normal routines and be provided to them within their own home, thereby allowing the supported individual to lead an independent and fulfilling lifestyle with minimal assistance.

I have an extremely challenging and demanding role as a Managing Director running a domiciliary care agency, Carelink Homecare Services Ltd.
We provide support for the older person and physically disabled within their own homes over three counties across North Wales, Anglesey and Conwy employing over 140 staff. I am an experienced qualified A & E nurse with a young family; I have excellent organisational and communication skills, enthusiasm and the ability to work under pressure. I have an Executive MBA at Bangor University.
